An AWOL inmate who removed his electronic monitor bracelet has been arrested and returned to the Dane County Jail.
Robert G. Walther, 20, was arrested without incident at an address in Sun Prairie Sunday night after having been declared missing a few hours earlier by the Dane County Sheriff's Office.
He was living with his family on Twilight Drive in the town of Bristol while on the bracelet.
