Busto is working with law enforcement on a pilot program called Project Lifesaver. A bracelet serves as a tracking device.
It's technology that allows the municipalities and the police departments to find people that wander, faster, said Busto.
15 students at Kaitlin's school are participating in Project Lifesaver. If a child disappears, a parent calls 911, the bracelet's frequency is detected by law enforcement, and the child's location is pinpointed.
